Draft of scope statements about information system of the RISC
The RISC needed to refound all its information system, so I started describing what we would hope for the best future of the unit.
Content is rather partial, and mostly fall in tow parts: starting page #6 (expésciences project), and starting page #19 (infrastructures diagrams).
